Carol's monthly goals

I guess my postings won't be as long or fun as dad's but I will list them any way.
I plan to go to the bar bell class/yoga/ core classes on alternate days and then do aerobics 3 times a week while at the gym.
This might mean I won't be working out with dear old dad. I want to leave the tv off until I get back from working out from the gym. So I won't be working out late at night.
I also want to start training for a half marathon. I need to look into that immediately!
I want to set my goal to get to sleep better by doing more restful activities before I go to bed such as read which I have now downloaded into my itouch.
I think for me this is a good start.
